In a world filled with toxins, whether being inhaled, ingested, or injected, we are faced with many health challenges as a society.  Through various media platforms, we are constantly being reminded about illness and pharmaceuticals and medical procedures being the solution to everything, rather than taking preventative measures by taking care of our bodies in the healthiest and safest manner possible.  We understand that every individual is different and there is no one-size fits all measure, whether through a natural healing process or that of medical intervention.  It is never our intention to provide medical advice. We would just like to share some sources we have found helpful in the quest of health, well-being, and mindfulness.
